These Activated Mixed Nuts contain equal parts of activated
- and walnuts.
They are perfect for those who enjoy nuts natural, without additional flavouring. Just pure nut taste.
How do we prepare our Activated Mixed Nuts?
We soak every type of nuts in filtered water individually to activate the action of their beneficial enzymes. Soaking makes the nuts easier to digest, removing their enzyme inhibitors. Also, it and removes the naturally bitter taste that almonds and walnuts can have. Then, we dry them at a low temperature until crispy.
Activating nuts and seeds with this procedure before eating them neutralises the natural chemicals, whichput a strainon our digestions and makes more of their nutrients bio-available. Read more: What are activated nuts? And what are their health benefits?
